Coca-Cola’s Disney World Giveaway (the “promotion”) is administrated by Tortuga Rum Company Ltd. (the “promoter”). The promotion is governed by these official terms and conditions. By entering and participating in the promotion, each person (the “entrant”) agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, including all eligibility requirements.
The Prize
The grand prize is one (1) ‘Family Trip’ for 4 people to Walt Disney World Orlando (the Prize), valued at US$7,5000. The Winner and Companion must be able to travel between 7th July until 15th December 2025.
The Prize includes:
- Round trip (economy) flights from Grand Cayman to Orlando International Airport (including checked baggage).
- 4 nights accommodation for a family of 4 at a 3* resort.
- 3-day passes to Walt Disney World for 4 people.
- Airport transfers.
- Meal package.
The Promotion
Coca Cola’s Disney Giveaway promotion runs from Thursday 1st May 2025 until 11.59pm on Monday 30th June 2025. The Promotion is restricted to retail purchases only at the participating stores* (see list below). Duty-Free stores are not included in this promotion and duty-free purchases will not be eligible to enter or win.
How To Enter
Customers are eligible to enter the promotion on their purchase of any 8-pack of Coca Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite or Sprite Zero purchased at a participating store, or a case of 24 Coca Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite or Sprite Zero at Priced Right's Airport or Republix stores. To enter, customers must complete the entry form online at www.caymantodisney.com and upload their receipt as proof of purchase.
Eligibility
This promotion is open to legal residents of the Cayman Islands aged 18 or over, and only those entrants that meet these criteria are eligible to win. Current and ex-employees (who are within 60 days of end contract) of Tortuga Rum Company Ltd., and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. Tortuga reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant if they have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions of this promotion. Winners will be asked to present a valid photo ID to claim their prize.
Retail customers who have an account with Tortuga Rum Company’s AR department, must have settled their account in full by the close of the entry period (Monday 30th June, 2025) to be eligible.
Prize Conditions
Each Prize excludes the items listed below (such list is not exhaustive) and are therefore the responsibility of the winner and their companion(s):
- All other costs and personal expenses such as shopping, transportation (other than the transportation specified), food and beverage expenses (other than specified).
- Incidental fees, other than the room rates and meals; such as phone calls, laundry, in-room movies, loss of hotel property, damage to hotel property, or any other expenses incurred in the hotel other than those stated above;
- Local (on-island) transfers to/from Owen Roberts International Airport or Passport and Visa costs.
- Travel insurance.
The Prize must be collected within the dates specified. Any alterations, extensions or variations of these travel dates will be at the winner’s cost. All components of the Prize must be taken together. Each winner will be solely responsible for their companions, including ensuring that the companions comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
The winner and their companions are required to have all documentation needed to travel to the destination detailed. Visas, if applicable, are responsibility of each traveler and must be obtained in advance of travel. The prize will be forfeited if the winner does not obtain the relevant travel documents before the date of travel. No trip interruption or travel insurance is included and, if desired, must be obtained by the winner at their expense.
By accepting the Prize, each winner consents to the Promoter providing their personal information to the airline, transfer providers and accommodation providers to make and confirm their bookings. The winner must also assist the Promoter by procuring the written consent of their companions to provide their information as well.
Rooms are pre-booked and specific room types are unable to be requested. Room types may vary.
The winners will be required to sign a Participation Agreement in the form required by the Promoter, confirming acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry; accepting the Terms and Conditions relating to the use and enjoyment of the Prize; releasing the Promoter, and it’s officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability in connection with this promotion and/or the Prize. Each winner and their traveling companion take the Prize entirely at their own risk and may be required to sign a waiver prior to taking the Prize.
Prize Draw
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and the drawing shall take place on Friday 4th July 2025. The winner will be contacted within 2 days of the draw once eligibility has been verified. The winner will be contacted via phone first. If they cannot be reached in two days, they will be contacted via email. If the winner cannot be reached within 5 days of drawing, another winner will be drawn. The prize must be accepted within 3 business days of the winner being notified. All prizes offered are non-exchangeable and non-transferrable. The contact information provided by the entrant on the entry slip shall be what the promoter will use to contact the winners in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. The Promoter is not responsible for any undelivered e-mails due to the winner’s SPAM filters or e-mail settings.
The Promoter will not be held liable for a failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, ineligible, corrupted, damaged incomplete or otherwise invalid.
The Prize must not be sold, used, donated, or given away as part of another promotion. If the winner declines the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize within the same Prize conditions. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
Waiver of Liability
By participating in this Contest each Entrant agrees to fully indemnify, release and hold harmless the Promotor and its subsidiaries (including their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents) from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses or injury arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from that Entrants participation in the Promotion, and the provision, acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize(s) that may be won. The Promotor, its affiliates or subsidiaries does not make any warranties, express or implied as to the condition, fitness, or merchantability of the Prize(s).
To the extent permitted by applicable law the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
When a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoters control the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
For the avoidance of doubt the Promoter may in its sole and absolute discretion, declare that an Entrant who has been drawn or selected as the winner of a Prize is ineligible to receive the Prize including where awarding such Entrant with the Prize would cause damage to the reputation or goodwill of the Promotor and or its affiliates and subsidiaries. In such a circumstance a new winner will be drawn and selected.
The winners of a Prize consent to: (i) the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media worldwide for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion, the Promoter and/or Coca-Cola beverages; and (ii) the Promoter authorizing its related companies to do anything that the winner or their companion consents to the Promoter doing under this condition.

We respect your privacy and will handle your information in accordance with GDPR regulations. You can unsubscribe at any time. Legal
The contest and these official rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands and the Courts of the Cayman Islands shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
