Join us for a one-of-a-kind dining experience on Friday, January 31st, hosted by Chef Sara Mair in partnership with Ultimate Provence and Chateau De Berne.

This intimate evening will take place on a private farm in the scenic South Sound area, with the exact location revealed after ticket purchase.

Starting at sunset, we'll be kicking off with a tour of the farm before welcoming you to a stunning deck overlooking the ocean, where you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully crafted menu made with the freshest local ingredients. Each course will be paired with exquisite wines from Ultimate Provence and Chateau De Berne, creating a perfect harmony of flavors.

Chef Sara will be joined by talented Caymanian chef Jamal Miller, bringing their combined creativity and passion to the table for a night that’s all about good food, good people, and a truly magical atmosphere under the stars.
