An award-winning beer crafted to remove gluten while preserving the flavour of traditional beer.

Developed by Damm’s master brewers in collaboration with the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), Daura is brewed using barley malt and a specialised process that reduces its gluten content to below 20 ppm.

Golden in colour with subtle amber and green highlights, Daura offers a clean, sparkling appearance and a creamy, long-lasting head. Its delicate bubbles create a smooth mouthfeel, while aromas of fresh spices and flavours of lightly toasted grains deliver a refreshing character. A lively freshness and pleasant, lingering bitterness complete the experience.
