Vinified in tank for 12 days to preserve freshness and then aged on fine lees in stainless steel for 10 months, it delivers purity, texture, and tension. The nose is bright and expressive, leading into a palate driven by zippy citrus, green fruit, and a distinct mineral edge. High, refreshing acidity gives the wine its energetic backbone, finishing clean, focused, and vibrant.
