‘Blanc de noir’ translates to white of black, or white wine of black/red grapes. Blanc de noir is most commonly seen as a sparkling wine or champagne, but a still Blanc de Noir produces a light, elegant and vibrant white wine with all the nuance and aromatics of a pinot noir.
