FDC Father's Day Giveaway T&Cs

Tortuga Rum Company Ltd. (“the Promoter”) is administering the Flor de Caña Father’s Day Grill Giveaway (“the Promotion”). The Promotion is governed by these official Terms & Conditions. By entering and participating in the Promotion, each person (“the Entrant”) agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions, including all eligibility requirements.

The Flor de Caña Father’s Day Grill Giveaway runs from Thursday 21st May 2026 until close of business on Sunday 21st June 2026 at all Tortuga Fine Wine & Spirits and Discount Liquors stores in Grand Cayman, as well as Discount Liquors in Cayman Brac and online at www.tortuga.ky. The Promotion is restricted to retail purchases only. Tortuga’s Duty-Free stores are not included in this Promotion and duty-free purchases will not be eligible to enter or win.

Customers are eligible to enter the Promotion when they purchase a minimum of one (1) bottle of Flor de Caña 12, 15yr (ECO), 18yr, 19yr, 25yr, 30yr, or 35yr, in-store or online. To enter, customers must complete and submit an official entry slip in-store or, for online purchases, select the appropriate box confirming acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The prize consists of one (1) Broil King Regal™ 400 Charcoal Offset Grill. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

This Promotion is open to legal residents of the Cayman Islands aged 18 years or older. Current employees of Tortuga Rum Company Ltd. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Tortuga reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant if there are reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Terms & Conditions. Winners may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification to claim the prize.

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The draw will take place on or before Friday 26th June 2026. The winner will be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw once eligibility has been verified. The winner will first be contacted by phone. If they cannot be reached within two (2) days, contact will be attempted via email. If the winner cannot be reached within fourteen (14) days of the draw, another winner may be selected.

The Promoter will not be held liable for failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or otherwise invalid.

By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the prize awarded.

If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, amend, or suspend the Promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

By participating, each Entrant grants permission for Tortuga Rum Company Ltd. and Flor de Caña to use the Entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, and/or video footage for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Promotion without additional compensation, should they be selected as the winner.

By providing an email address on the entry form, Entrants consent to receive marketing communications from Tortuga Rum Company Ltd. and Flor de Caña. Personal information collected during the Promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Tortuga’s Privacy Policy available at Tortuga Privacy Policy.

The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, and the courts of the Cayman Islands shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion.
