Dusty, funky, umami aromas of dusty old library, parchment and leather books, cocoa bean, baker’s chocolate, chalky, and malt balls with a medium-to-full body and a medium-to-long dried fruits, balsamic, ginger and walnut finish. A rich, barrel-aged añejo that tastes older than it is.
