Estrella Damm World Cup Fever Campaign T&Cs
Tortuga Rum Company Ltd. ("the Promoter") is administering the Estrella Damm World Cup Fever Campaign ("the Promotion"). The Promotion is governed by these official Terms & Conditions. By entering and participating in the Promotion, each person ("the Entrant") agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions, including all eligibility requirements.
The Estrella Damm World Cup Fever Campaign runs from Friday, 19 June 2026 until 11:59 PM on Sunday 19th July 2026 at participating stores in the Cayman Islands, as well as online at www.tortuga.ky. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, extend, shorten, suspend, or otherwise change the campaign period and related dates at its sole discretion without prior notice.

The Promotion is restricted to retail purchases only. Tortuga's Duty-Free stores are not included in this Promotion, and duty-free purchases will not be eligible to enter or win.
Customers are eligible to enter the Promotion with every purchase of any Estrella Damm, Estrella 0.0 or Inedit products from a participating retail location during the promotional period.
To enter, customers must scan the promotional QR code displayed in-store and complete the online entry form in full. As part of the entry process, entrants must upload a copy of their purchase receipt showing the qualifying product purchase. Each qualifying purchase entitles the customer to one (1) entry.
This Promotion is open to legal residents of the Cayman Islands aged eighteen (18) years or older. Current employees of Tortuga Rum Company Ltd., its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
The prize consists of one (1) trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Miami, Florida to attend an Inter Miami CF match. The approximate retail value of the prize package is CI$2,500 and includes:
- Round-trip economy airfare for two (2) people from Grand Cayman to Miami
- Two (2) nights hotel accommodation (double occupancy)
- One (1) US$200 Uber gift card
- Two (2) tickets to an Inter Miami CF match at Miami Freedom Park (subject to venue confirmation)
The trip is expected to take place in October 2026. The match date and travel dates will be selected by the Promoter based on fixture scheduling, ticket availability, and operational requirements.
The winner and their guest must each be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must possess valid passports and any required visas or travel documentation.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that both the winner and guest are available to travel on the dates specified by the Promoter. No compensation will be provided if the winner or guest is unable to travel.
The winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all travel documents and for any expenses not expressly included in the prize package, including but not limited to meals, travel insurance, baggage fees, passport fees, visa fees, personal expenses, gratuities, and incidental costs.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any alternative prize.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The draw will take place on or before Friday 7th July 2026.
The winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form. The Promoter will first attempt contact by telephone. If the winner cannot be reached within two (2) days, the Promoter may attempt contact by email.
The selected winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within seven (7) days of being notified. If the winner fails to respond within this period, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Prior to being declared the official winner, the selected entrant may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of Cayman Islands residency, and the original qualifying purchase receipt for verification purposes.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant if there are reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions or provided false or misleading information.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, or otherwise invalid.
By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the prize awarded.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellation, postponement, schedule changes, venue changes, ticket unavailability, airline disruptions, or circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, amend, modify, or suspend the Promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
By participating, each Entrant grants permission for Tortuga Rum Company Ltd. and Estrella Damm to use the Entrant's name, image, photograph, video footage, and likeness for promotional, publicity, and marketing purposes related to the Promotion without further compensation, should they be selected as the winner.
By providing an email address on the entry form, Entrants consent to receive marketing communications from Tortuga Rum Company Ltd. Personal information collected during the Promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Tortuga Rum Company's Privacy Policy.

Any references to football, the World Cup, FIFA World Cup™, FIFA World Cup 2026™, Inter Miami CF, or related events are used solely for descriptive purposes. Nothing in this Promotion shall be construed as implying any sponsorship, endorsement, approval, partnership, or affiliation between the Promoter and FIFA, the FIFA World Cup™, Inter Miami CF, Major League Soccer, or any related entity.
All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights associated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup™, Inter Miami CF, and Major League Soccer remain the property of their respective owners.
The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. The courts of the Cayman Islands shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
