The Catena Cabernet Sauvignon is a special assemblage of high-altitude vineyards identified through decades of study within Mendoza’s mountain terroirs. Grapes are drawn from Agrelo, Villa Bastías, Altamira, and El Cepillo, each contributing unique character and balance. Matured for 11–13 months in French oak, the wine combines vibrant fruit concentration with elegant structure and fine tannins. While approachable in youth, it has the capacity to age beautifully for 10–20 years.
