Grapes: Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault & Carignan

Nose: Very lively intense and expressive with notes of stone fruits, citrus, exotic fruits and light spicy notes

Palate: Lively attack with lots of roundness, elegantly fleshy structured wine, complex with fruit aromas (vine peaches). Floral finish, very long and round, with slight bitterness. Clean palate then round, light finish. Body for perfect balance.

Wine & Food Pairing: Graceful alliance accompanied by grilled red mullet, an octopus salad, a niçoise-style vegetable tian, thorny artichokes with basil and penne with grated bottarga and olive oil.
