An elegant, velvety expression of 100% Pinot Nero, cultivated in the clay-limestone soils of the Gavi hills and shaped by cooling sea breezes. Developed through collaboration with the University of Bordeaux, this wine reflects careful clonal selection and traditional red winemaking with ageing in French oak tonneaux.
It offers delicate aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and floral hints of rose and jasmine, layered with subtle spice from oak ageing. The palate is smooth and structured, with silky tannins, good depth, and a long, refined finish.
